Nice place, good cafe with pool table and friendly staff. Our first room had a problem but we were sorted out quickly and moved into a better one. Staff are accomodating and the pool is excellent to use for the kids and a sunbathe. Location is good, buses are close by and seafront is walking distance. Parking is ok for free but can pay for secure parking and guaranteed spot. All in all a good place to stay.

This hotel, if I can say that is a - hotel. It’s worst place on earth. We don’t have in our apartments any dishes, any forks, everything need to go and please.. I rate this service for -10!!! WORST money lose ever. Better give money to monkey in zoo.

Stayed one night as our flight was cancelled, so easyjet booked us in there .I had no faults with the hotel. my wife hated it. you can't please all

On the month of June 2023 We booked 3 nights through Booking and the room had everything needed for a great stay, the host was a friendly attentive German owner young man, who greeted us in person for CheckIn, he gave us a lot of local recommendations and even rode us in his car to the closest supermarket. We used all the hotel/condo amenities, the city bus stop was half block walk away that took us to the city center and/or beach town of Alicante and to the Airport, we walked 5 minutes to the nearest beach too and then 30 minute walk to Urbanova beach : )
