Wonderful hotel in a great location. We drove our SUV and have bikes on the back and roof box on top and it fit into the garage. Elevator right into the lobby. Staff is super nice and the whole place is newly renovated, so everything was brand new…the room was excellent and we had a suite with a balcony overlooking the area and water and port. If you bike, then everything is close, if you walk , then the old town is about 10-12 minutes. 3-4 grocery stores within 8-9 minutes walk, or one directly across the street too. Great hotel.

I have just returned to Ireland after a fantastic 4 night stay at the NH Alicante. I come from a hospitality background so am very fussy but this was the cleanest hotel - spotlessly clean! The staff [every single one of them!!] were fantastic- warm friendly and welcoming. They could not do enough for us. Breakfast was superb but dinner was not so as good. We had a gorgeous room and despite arriving at some ungodly hour we got a very warm and friendly welcome and an unexpected but very appreciated room upgrade. We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you all. 😊

We had one overnight stay with breakfast after our flight was cancelled. The staff were all friendly room was clean and of a good standard. The breakfast was lovely and they offered us other options not on the buffet thank you for a lovely stay.

This is the worst ever hotel I been too. Check-in took 20 min. And nobody even explained that their “pool” opens at 10:30. Why in the world I need the pool one hour before checkout ? The only reason I booked this hotel is to go to pool in the morning and I couldnt do that. No free water in the room. Service is bad as it could be. Stay away and find urself better place. For $200 you can stay in top hotels with perfect service and not this building.

After 10 days in spain NH hotel as managed to provide us with the worst experience. AC as failed us during the night, maybe to save some energy and balance with the coldest service we have experience in spain. Don't try the terrace restaurant it's a shame .... if you do don't hope to share any plate on the menu .... tartare should be made out of fresh fish not smoked ..... else it's not a tartare .... if you get there, only eat sandwich and burger, only acceptable choices. We have been to Novotel in Sevilla and Secrotel in Carthagen during our stay and they both managed to be better and cheaper than NH .... we were not happy at all .... but hey : they dont care ... at all ....
