I’m not sure if there was a miscommunication and what was advertised and what I actually received once I arrived. I chose this location because I actually decided to take my kids and it came up as being all inclusive with free daily breakfast, it offered two prices one that included the free breakfast and one cheaper without . I chose the more expensive option that said it included my breakfast every day for each adults and guest, which is typically $10 per person per day. Of course, when I checked in, I went to eat breakfast with my kids for the first day and then I was told that I didn’t choose, I needed to tell that when I checked in and it’s not included in my stay.. I even showed her my email that’s had it in my receipt….I didn’t argue with the staff only because they didn’t seem too impressed with us being from the United States and there was kind of a weird vibe. I didn’t want to worry about that on my vacation. I just wanted to have a good time. I figured I’d deal with it once my vacation was done.. The staff in the bar at the pool and cleaning the hotel were amazing ,they were really friendly with us. I asked to have something to clean my room- wipes or disinfectant… they did come in and make my beds, but never wiped down the counters or the kitchen area . I didn’t mind I would do it myself In between just to clean up after myself, but after three times of asking, I just gave up . Some of the front desk staff that seems like they were a little snippy on edge- but who knows what they’re dealing with every second of the day .. The issue for me is I only selected this hotel because it came up as being an all inclusive breakfast and there were other hotels with better locations but because of this offer I stayed here so the fact that I didn’t get that even though that’s what I paid for. we did not rent a car and we decided that we wanted to walk around a lot and just seeing the sites. This location is very much on the edge of town so it’s not located centrally- I wouldn’t recommend without a bike or a scooter do not attempt walking with a small child- you will need to carry. Not good for a stroller either. I would stay here if I was really on a budget. And every other place on the island was booked. were reviews about people being noisy that I read.. but it is Ibiza, which is known for being a party island of all party islands!! but I had my teenagers to celebrate their birthday so I just figured that would be another plus actually the music was great every day, the vibe was amazing .. You’re looking for a quiet beach location do not come here. This is not for you if you want quiet- possibly visit the north of the island not the south west or south east of the island .so overall I would say between a scale of of1 to 10 it’s definitely in the good range the 7. For the price being lower it was good. You just get what you pay for which isn’t much except for a good time as long as you make the best of it….
