I wish I could give more stars! The apartament was so clean and fancy. Everything available in the kitchen and bathroom. Coffee Machine was a perfect match for my mom. Plenty of space, beautiful view on warsaw. Sunny rooms. Perfect location next to Cultural Palace of Warsaw, plenty of restaurants and grocery shops around. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you!

I stayed there for one day and it was honestly one of the worst places I've stayed at. Half the things are broken and the entire building was stinky. Not at all nice. I booked it through booking.com according to the pictures provided by them which were really misleading. It looks nothing like the photos.

After entering the apartment, we were greeted by the smell of cigarettes. In the kitchen we found an ashtray full of pets, a washing machine full of smelly towels and a dishwasher full of dishes. What we didn't find were spoons, forks and knives. The sofas were dirty, stained, smeared with white stuff. The lamp in the entrance room is full of stains, the sofa is full of dust. There's garbage on the floor. The door was falling off the shoe cabinet. There is mold and a broken door in the bathroom. Total lack of respect for renters. We do not recommend it to anyone. The only good thing is the location.

Great location right at the corner of Marszałkowska and Książęca. A stone's throw from the center and the Palace of Culture and Science. Entrance from the yard, a bit of a dirty smell in the staircase and a tight elevator, but we don't sleep there :) The best thing about the apartment itself is the bedrooms. The living room could be slightly better finished. The dishwasher did not have a furniture front, and there are visible signs of wear and tear on the furniture. As usual, many apartments in Poland lack better equipment, mineral water, more coffee, green tea. This is probably not a big challenge or cost for the owner, but from the tenant's perspective it makes a big difference. An attractive price is also a plus. 3 people for approx. PLN 650.
