The best part about this accomodation is location. You can get (almost) everywhere by foot and for the rest are tram stops 2-4 min away. Rooms were clean and room service acceptable. The receptionist were always helpful. IMO, fulfils the 3 star hotel expectations.

Austrian suites are fine, very clean rooms, breakfast is coming every morning in your room upon your request time and it is a small basket with read, cheese, ham.. Check in is in the next corner of another building hotel that is needed to go there when you arrive! Ladies in the reception are polite, speaking in English,ready to serve you and welcomed you. The noise from the courtyard is a big problem, especially on the early morning times, also the workers of the garbage service that crawling the dumbsters any time is an another noisy issue.... Next negative is the light that coming through the courtins that are not enaught in the summer time, you wake up from 5am.. For the noises, I can say is not responsibility of the premises but how we respect each other, so I cannot blame completely the hotel for this... It won't be fair.. Kitchenet is fine for light cooking only! If it had a coffee machine for a filtered coffee would be perfect for me! Otherwise is good. Overall a good hotel, value for money!

It is a good place for extended stay, as they offer apartments with a kitchenette, sitting area etc. Even if you have to stay longer time inside with your travel mates (because of covid, bed weather or any other reason), each of you can find their own corner so you don't have cabin fever. Apartments are nice and quite large, location is super convenient, near the city centre and literally a few steps from the tram stop. There are just two things to mention: there is no aircon, which is absolutely OK for 98% of the year, but if you stay there in those 1-2 weeks of the year when it is quite hot in Prague, you may prefer a place where aircon is available. And the hotel could also improve the services a little bit. Some staffs were not very friendly, especially towards my husband who does not speak Czech and sometimes didn't understand their instructions. If they change that particular thing, it will become a really excellent place 👌
