Everything was great , breakfast, help with the city and transportation. ALTHOUGH we were very disappointed with the cleaning service. We are a family of 3 adults and 4 kids, we rented 2 rooms for a hole week, both rooms were never cleaned up, which is the most important thing for us, since it has to do with the hygiene.The only thing they did was to make the beds without changing the sheets and only one day out of 7 they changed the towels. The floor was extremely dirty and we didn’t even walked in the room with the shoes. Anyway, no hard feelings but this is something you should really fix..

Stayed here for 4 days and it was amazing. Staff are very kind and helpful. The neighborhood is nice, with small businesses all around. Not far from the hotspots of Barcelona. The apartment was clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. Would definitely consider this place for the next time I visit Barcelona!

Rooms are new and clean. The staffs are kind. And the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The rooms that I stayed in did have a window but no direct sunlight. But it wasn't an issue for me. There are some supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel. From now on I will ALWAYS stay here when I visit barcelona :)

The aparthotel is close to plaza espanya which has great links to the airport and other notable places such as the rambla, Montserrat and the Sagrada Familia. There is a condis (supermarket) nearby that has a few essentials but if you require a bigger store there is a mercadona is the arenas (plaza espanya) The hotel does make 2 pre checks on your account beforehand so make sure when booking you have a night stays worth in your account. The room itself was very nice, it was difficult having 2 single beds as a couple it was annoying, but the beds felt fine to me. The tv was fine but couldn’t change language on TV like other hotels in Barcelona. The kitchen was well equipped with a couple of pans, utensils, plates and bowls. Also with a kettle, 2 hob stove top and a small fridge. Our fridge was leaking and did smell and our kitchen did have multiple flies inside but for a short stay the kitchen worked well. We didn’t ask to change rooms due to the shortness of our visit. The bathroom was large with shower, toilet and sink. The weren’t any other amenities included like a toiletries so do bring it yourself or go to the local shop. There is an outdoor space and a pool located upstairs, it is small but it does the trick. There was some noise coming from other rooms playing music in the morning and there is not a lot of light coming into the hotel so if you need natural light this wouldn’t be the best place for you. The staff were nice and did help when asked band were able to help without requests. Overall the aparthotel was what I needed at the time and as someone who frequents Barcelona every month this was a nice hotel for what I needed and I would visit again
