I've stayed in several apart-hotels, and I can easily say that this takes the cake as the best. So many apart-hotels have lousy kitchenettes, but this one was actually fantastic and actually livable for the long-term. It was my first time visiting Prague on an extended stay, and I stayed here for two weeks. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean, and well equipped (see below for more details). The hotel is situated in a residential area with many shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby and is a short walk to the city center and metro stations.

Great Facility, Clean, in the center and equipped with essentials. Unfortunately, there was a maintenance during our stay which was noisy (start at 8am until noon). AC is not working during our stay which forced us to open the widows which led to noise during night as well :) the auto check-in system has an issue with scanning our passports & VISA. Recommendation: - An extra sheets for the bed sofa will be great. - A place to keep a show gel, shampoo .. etc. in the shower area.

Excellent location - only a few minutes walk from Vaclavske Namesti. Check-in kiosk is a bit hard to manage... but there was help available at the entrance desk. We'll definitely stay here next time in Prague!

Update: I believe what happened to my room was an isolated event, so I adjusted the rating. Hope the hotel could improve their readiness for emergencies in the future. ‐--------- Had to sleep in the open, in the little yard of the hotel. Brief account below: 4th night, AC malfunctioned, error code CH meaning sort of leakage. It was too late to have it repaired, and there were no vacancies, had to sleep with the door open (no openable window), as suggested by the staff. Understandable situation. I asked for a fan. The staff at reception kindly found me one, which was actually a radiator than a fan and made quite some noise in comparison to the weak breeze it produced (see attached). And that's where things got worse: loud noise from ventilator (see attached) made it impossible to sleep, as it was a small room and the noise got louder when ears touched pillow. The ventilator could not be turned off -- sort of automation that kept ventilator on as long as AC was off. The hotel had no folding beds or anything like that. I had to come to the solution of sleeping outdoor, on chairs in the little yard (photo attached). Came to Prague for vacation and got a people without homes immersion tour lol. The poor staff, in an impossible situation, suggested to treat the ventilator as white noise. -- I get that when people are really tired they could sleep under any circumstances but I am on vacation, not in a trench. So here I am, recording this unfortuate event at 2:49 AM. My plan for tomorrow possibly cannot be carried out. This is no fault of the staff, but definitely reflects poor equipment arrangement and poor material preparation on the end of the hotel. P.S. my bottom hurts.

Really great and big apartment with kitchen and clothes washing machine (yay!). We are travelling in Europe for a couple of weeks and spent four nights here. What a super location, just outside the main tourist area but with lots of shops and restaurants around. I'd definitely recommend here to other travellers. Pro tip: if you arrive by metro, there is a lift at platform level that is the closest and easiest exit to the apartment
