1.) Located near good restaurants + famous building 2.) No real reception. If you want to complain, you do that by whatsapp 3.) bad wood flooring. It crunches while walking 4.) thin walls (you hear everything in the building, like if someone goes out or inside or neighbors talking) 5.) very small and bad elevator 6.) indoor doors can‘t be closed 7.) duvet covers smell bad. I got bad rashes on legs and arm after staying in the hotel… I won‘t recommend this apartment at all.

Good location but that’s pretty much it. Lots of noise from the street. Lack of basic kitchen items. Mattresses in the small room need to be renovated

Most of the staff team are very helpful and always goes the extra miles to help! I recall I did a mistake during booking my trip dates and called them hoping to help. To be honest, Ruth from reception managed and helped me to fix it out without any hassle! She is very professional and her customer focus made it up to me and the family! We were a family of 5 and had to take the apartments for us. The location is perfect. The room furniture and cleanness is not so good. I had to clean the toilets fully since there was bad smell in the small toilet

Excellent stay in the heart of Barcelona. We stayed for a week and it was probably one of the cleanest and most relaxing stay we've had so far in Barcelona. Would definitely recommend and we're definitely coming back. The location is simply perfect, with the metro line being within 150m of the apartment entrance. This makes for very convenient travelling to and from the airport, and around the city. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the amenities are excellent. Our apartment had a separate bathroom for each bedroom and a very spacious living room. We also enjoyed the spacious balcony. The kitchen is well stocked, in case you don't opt for the pay-for-breakfast option. You'll be able to cook pretty much anything by yourself.
