The rooms themselves are nice and clean. However it would be great if the cleaning policy would be better disclosed. In this hotel, towels are not regularly cleaned and the trash is not taken out regularly. You need to pay extra for this. This is my only complaint.

I really didn’t like this hotel. As others mentioned, nobody cleaned our room, and the fact that for 4 days nobody cleans your room or brings clean towels is unacceptable. The room didn’t look like the pictures, it was a total disappointment and nevertheless the bathroom was horrible, when you were showering the water came out from cabin. So, I don’t recommend this hotel at all! Oh and I forgot to mention that the room was dirty when we came there.

Hello, I'm Cory, a 37-year-old English teacher and mom of two. I booked a non-refundable stay with Odalys City Paris XVII for my winter vacation in Paris. However, unforeseen circumstances arose when, a week after my booking, my country found itself in the midst of a war. Despite receiving notice 46 days in advance of my planned arrival date due to the cancellation of my flight and travel warnings issued by my country, the response from the hotel was disheartening. Even after speaking to a manager, there was a notable lack of empathy, and the matter of the war was skillfully avoided. In reaching out well in advance, I encountered a disappointing response from the hotel. Attempts to explain the situation and seek understanding were met with indifference. While my booking may have been non-refundable, this situation goes beyond financial loss. It's a reflection of zero compassion and poor customer service. Eventually, I gave my room to someone in need. So that the hotel won't benefit twice from its conduct on this matter. In your travel choices, consider the response of Odalys City Paris XVII. Legalities aside, their dismissive approach reveals a lack of empathy for clients, or simply for people. I hope you don't find yourself in my shoes... Cory

Close to metro station St Ouen. Rooms are pretty basic and looking a little worn - could definitely do with some TLC. Fridge in room was handy. Staff at reception were very nice- helpful and courteous at all times. Easy process to check in, too. My room was on the side above the restaurants located below and noisy at night- particularly at weekends 😔 Play park and central area across the road was also busy and noisy at weekends - try to get a room on the other side of the building. See my video attached for a local event which took place on Saturday afternoon and evening and my room view. General cleanliness was not great, and they could improve on this. We stayed for 5 nights, including a weekend, and no room cleaning or towel change unless you pay extra charges. Safe in room was free, though. Bus stop and bus 341 at St Ouen metro station nearby takes you to Champs - Elyesee in half an hour, which is handy too. No air conditioning - we stayed mid-September, and the room was stifling - even at night.
