Excellent! ...Well located apartment, well equipped and pleasant atmosphere. The street where it is located has all the services for breakfast, dinner or wine. It is approx. 30 min walking distance up to the beautiful Old Quebec. On the other hand, at night the street is noisy because of the bars in the area.

My boyfriend and I booked 3 nights here for our anniversary trip, because of the low price we were not expecting much, but it exceeded all of our expectations! The host was super accommodating and let us check in early, the apartment was very clean and modern, with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. The location seems a little bit grungy at first but if you walk around it is a prime spot! The pizza place across the street was the best pizza i've ever had and 10/10 recommend, and the front of the building is located on a street with so many great places to eat. The host also provides a parking pass for $14 a day in a lot that is only about a 3 minute walk which was very helpful. The wifi was also super fast and we had a washer and dryer in the unit. I was a bit weary as I read complaints about it being loud, we did not find it loud at all. Overall, we had a fabulous time and I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a great stay for a reasonable price.

Everything has been done to make our stay perfect. Apartment amenities, decor, and thoughtful touches. Our host was able to guide us in the different activities to do nearby. We will keep a very good memory of our stay. I highly recommend!

If you’re sensitive to scent or smell, you might want to take another look. I booked for three nights but upon arrival the chemical smell (smells like plastic section from a dollar store) really deterred me. I was getting severe headaches from it. So I left to another nearby hotel. Maybe considering adding an air purifier? The room is clean and decor is modern equipped with a full kitchen.
