The lofts/condos are nice and clean and very spacious. Even though they don’t have a check in person (everything is virtual) the process was very smooth and if you call they answer right away. Issues: 1. No sound proofing between the rooms and bathroom. You can basically hear everything going on in the bathroom or other room. 2. I reserved parking and I called couple days before to confirm and they said they don’t have any spots available. No problem, we found a public parking lot and parked there instead but after the booking they charged me for parking. So I emailed them and they were very responsive and said will process the refund but instead they just charged me again 10 days later for parking. I called their customer service and the person would not even let me complete what I was saying and kept interrupting. I had to literally tell her to listen to me first so I can give her all the details. They did say they will Process the refund for both the times right away which is great but still a hassle. 3. They have a very well equipped kitchen with all the appliances. They have a coffee machine as well but no coffee provided? Just so used to always have coffee provided at hotels etc so I found this very odd.

I stayed here for 1 night in the top (3rd floor) loft. It was large, beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and well equipped. Wonderful uncovered deck off the kitchen to step out and get some fresh air. Wifi worked great. Quite a few restaurants within steps of the location. Highly recommend.

STUNNING 3rd floor loft! My only regret is I didn't have time to stay longer than 1 night. In an amazing and walkable restaurant & shopping area, super easy check in and out. Important to note there is no elevator in this building.
