There are croaches, Bed Bugs and Noise Outside so is not worth the money that you want to check in this hotel. However, the receptionist is ok and room service is not so good also but i think the room service is not responsiblity to clean the room so I wont recommend to this hotel unless you have no other options to stay. The Wifi ok only. Location is quite good and convenient. If you really want to come this hotel i would recommend other hotels. Dont choose budget, standard and Queensize rooms because is not worth your money. The Budget Room hotel for the sharing toilet is not good. The parking is not bad for motor. There have staircase only not suitable for disabled persons or pregnant women or carry a lot of luggages. Overall this is my worst experience hotel I cant sleep because of bed bugs and very low class hotel so I would recommend to the other hotels at the Georgetown like Tune hotel, Summer Tree Hotels, Frame Hotel and many more nearby tonjong tokong, batu ferringhi or gurney plaza nearby for the Budget hotel more worth and comfortable to stay even though the location is average or sometimes heavy traffic jam.

Intended to stay in for 2 nights but finally only 1 night. Water was dripping out of the air-conditioner, wetting the bed. The television was not working. The minute you opened the door you can smell the toilet. Informed the receptionist about the leaking, the answer was noted without apologize. Sorry to say it will be my first and last and will not recommend it to friends.
