Affordable and comfortable accomodation. Walking distance to variable convinient stores, eateries and Queensbay mall. Just not suitable for elderly with impaired movement since u have to climb stairs

Extremely terrible hotel. Room was smelly, I doubt if they even changed the bed sheet. Worst part, so many cockroach from the bathroom, I literally saw at least 20 during my 2 nights stay. I complained to the receptionist, and she told me to look for the cleaner myself. Seriously terrible. Will never be back to this hotel.

Choose this hotel because of near Queensbay Mall and Bayan Lepas Airport. And quite lot of food depot nearby to get cheaper dishes. Bed not so comfy and slight smelly. No lift nor elevator, stair only. And until 2 am, there was a live music in cafe nearby.

NOT RECOMENDED HOTEL!!! THIS I FIRST AND LAST I STAY THERE. Such a great place looking at the website but a disappointment in reality. I was looking at the closest accommodation to Eastin Hotel and found this to be the nearest. 5 mins walking and so the location is ideals. It is also about 5 minutes to Queensbay mall but the happiness stops there. the receptionist totally unhelpful & collect deposit without issues invoice to customer . The room was terrible small. I had request from hotel to get twin bed room and I get email from hotel that my special request are approved.. but when i had arrived they give me a queen bed room and said that hotel doesnt have a single or king bed just have queen bed.The toilet door of my room was torn off, the first time I entered the room. that's very bad..and the hotel doesn't provide any tolieteries. The receiptionist very rude, she was staring at me when i want to get the chop for parking.
