Lovely little guest house. Not a top notch hotel. But a great little, homely place. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic balcony to chill and relax. Very close to the Mekong river and in the old quarter.

Excellent location and very pleasant staff. A very basic room with a somewhat stiff bed. Overall good value, given the 24$ a night price.

Amazing place to stay, just a walking distance to Mekong river. Room was clean and spacious. We had double room with balcony. Free flow of coffee and tea at the patio for guests. Wifi is available and fast. But the receptionist was not around when we trying to check in at night. We had to wait for a few minutes for her.

Really friendly staff and owners. Very helpful throughout my stay. I needed a place at quite short notice and walked to their guesthouse. Spoke to the owner and saw their single room on the ground floor. Clean, and with AC for 200,000 per night! In a very prime location next to the Mekong and a leisurely walk to most of the hustle. It’s a traditional building so if you don’t like getting woken up by pounding feet from the guests upstairs, take room that’s not on the ground floor. It acted as an alarm clock for me, I still tried to sleep through it, but eventually you just give up and get out of your lazy pit.

Best place to stay! The property was extremely clean, cozy, and welcoming. It is right off the main road so it’s not loud but still close to everything. The owners were absolutely wonderful and helpful. They helped us book a train as well as activities around town. They were also wonderful to talk to. The beds were the comfiest we’ve had in a month. The shower had hot water and the toilet paper was high quality! We loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.
