I can really recommend this place. Quiet, fast internet, big rooms and the included breakfast is the best I had on my trip so far. You can use on of the many bikes for free whenever you want. The nice landlady printed me sth out for free. A hint about the smell in the bathroom was taken care within an hour.

Great affordable accomodation, friendly helpful staff. Free bicycle hire and free buffet breakfast which was great! Rooms were tidy and cleaned every day, fresh towels provided each day. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

WARNING FOR FUTURE GUESTS: This property takes more reservations as available rooms. It works after the first comes first serves principle. If you arrive in the evening you may not have any room. The owner of the gueshouse will not help you to find any solution until you really insist and will not care at all about you. You are on your own. That's how it seems to work in Laos. They are only nice to you until: A) they already got the money from you B) they know they will not make any money from you.

Could be better. The price is low, but the services as well.. no towel, no soap, no toilet paper. Breakfast was good, but we order a sandwich and a pancake and we got two pancakes instead. The room is ok, with a big fan pointed to the bed. But the windows have bars with small holes and to close them you literally have to go outside the guest house and push them (guys, some rope here would save some hassle).
