Worst experience ever. All room’s without windows. Bathroom without shelves at shower area, expects to use hand shampoo as bath shampoo. TV without access to any programs. Wall paints peeling off. Tried talking to hotel manager or someone senior but keep getting receptionist to face grievance by customers. Will never stay there again and don’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Few pointers - 1) Price DOES NOT match with the hotel condition 2) Pungent smell in the bathroom 3) No breakfast included but for the price you pay, atleast a decent breakfast meal could have been provided 4) Mouldy walls. Paint on the wall is pealing 5) “Smart TV” but can’t access any streaming sites and slow WIFI Overall will not recommend. There are far better hotels with the same price or cheaper

Worst hotel ever! Upon check-in, they gave us the room that have BROKEN DOOR LOCK! After we report, the staff just respond that "yeah, the doorlock is broken and cannot be lock from outside, but u can lock from inside". What a ridiculous response! And during check-out, the owner selfishly park at the entrance, made us so hard to walk out from the entrance. My mother nearly fall from the entrance stairs! The cleanliness is not worth the money. The tiles in toilet n shower room got mud and stain. It's an old heritage building but the money you pay same with new 4 star hotel. Not worth your money. Think before you stay here

Let’s start with location, it’s good location as nearby my office and eatery just walking distance. Ample of parking space which is good for my SUV size car. Room : we stayed in bigger room, while room is spacious, toilet is spacious and bright, the housekeeping need to upkeep the room. Rooms very dusty, (you can see the night stand), the bedside tables, the carpet don’t get me started. We are blessed we’re given room slipper, I never felt so jittery on cleanliness. We had to sleep with covered pillow (with towels/some sort of bed linen we brought ourselves).. pillow smelled smoky.. window panes.. OMG.. it’s was very shameful the state of room.. look at paint on wall, peeled off.. thank god only 1 nite.. I don’t think I can stay more then 1 nite- period! We asked the night staff to come and wipe the dust but he was one man show.. so he cannot leave the front desk. The staffs were helpful and nice but there’s only much they can do.. the management need to spend time and money to upgrade the condition of the place- REALLY. the foyer upstairs and toilet downstairs looked good, then again, do not believe what you see on the net.. only for show. I would not stay here if it weren’t due to so close to branch office and 1 nite stay.
