Excellent modern international hotel with every facility. Charming and helpful staff. Rooms are well appointed, clean and in good order. We had a sea view from the 9th floor albeit somewhat distant. Pool lovely (suggest removing the central rope barrier to allow guests to swim lengths) First class gym and sauna, best steam room anywhere. Reasonably priced.

Just went there for lunch to clear off my Golden Circle Member point. Well, what I can say, everyone knows how the hotel is legendary in the heart of Georgetown, but I am surprised how well maintained they are. Ok - so the food, they was amazing! They price is very considerable, the food portion was huge and they taste amazing! Look at the images, we were served a tasty whole chicken on a plate! Their burger was just marvelous served with fat fries. We will definitely will come again to dine here, and perhaps have a night there as well?

A decent 4 star hotel. I was very surprised they didn’t take American Express nor my Visa debit card for deposit. So I had to find an ATM and withdraw thousands of ringgit, not happy. The housekeeping standards and consistency could be improved (they took our blanket away when servicing the rooms). Breakfast choice is ok, not amazing. Otherwise the room is decent.

If you want a good location next to the malls and easy access to Georgetown for food, then this is for you. The room though on a smaller side it has what you need. And the towels are nice and fluffy compared to another hotel we went to needs 20 ringgit if we want an extra one. Recommendation for future improvements in includes the check-in process though fast, our connecting rooms are not ready at 3pm. But the front desk manager was kind enough to host us with some hot drinks, after I reached to her for help. Hotel toiletries can consider upgrade to those bigger size which you can refill again. The small tube sizes toiletries are too small and they are not environmentally friendly. Last but not least the hot water it's either too hot or not hot enough. Nevertheless, we feel the overall experience is a positive one and will return again if we want to stay closer to Georgetown and be slightly closer to the airport compared to Gurney Drive.
