i would stay here many times again! the staff are so sweet and welcoming. the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. and the room was very clean and comfortable. the small details made the place very endearing. very pleased.

The Front Desk is wonderful. Lynn in particular. Extremely courteous and polite. Authentically. However, the place is really noisy. You can literally hear other guests screeching chairs and walking like they're wearing military boots. The neighborhood is pretty ghetto as well. Not worth the money.

Stayed for 3 night. Clean room, decent breakfast, staff were helpful, good airconditioning, and near airport location.

Moment you walk in there is no help with luggage. Next you are overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke throughout though there are NO SMOKING 🚭 signs posted. The woman behind the desk just claims it's the Chinese guests and she can't do anything about it. There were even cigarette butts on the floor and when Informed she simply laughed. Informed the manager about this and she said we have cleaning people. So even when they see it, they are too lazy to pick it up in a guest area?? This shows that there is little to no care for what the guest experience is. Simply, it's not my job attitude. Then we arrived to the corridor to our room and you guessed it, it was a hazy cigarette smoke filled passageway that literally made my eyes burn. The smell of cigarettes filters directly into your room as the door is wide open when you arrive to the room. So much for the non-smoking room that we requested, even though there is the irrelevant no smoking 🚭 signs in the room, in the hall and on the elevator. Then.... We are trying to relax on our last day in Cambodia, been living here 3 years, and wouldn't you know, banging begins because of construction next door. Why would you put us on the wall directly where the construction is taking place as there are many rooms not on that wall? This should have been either mentioned on the reservation apps, their website or should have been contacted via email stating that there is construction. Oh yeah, and no discount based on that either. I requested to be moved to another room, which ended up being smaller, but it is not on that wall and was quieter. Though when I requested it, the manager said that it can be heard everywhere, not wanting to change our room. Good location for the airport though. Ok, I'm tired, even though there is more I could write about, and I want to rest up for our trip out of the Kingdom of Wonder. **Update...I guess the big boss or the owner contacted me and apologized for the smoke and such and remarkably offers us a refund no questions asked. This was a definite surprise and a redeeming quality. Maybe it is just the workers, but then that goes to training.
