# Strength Point 1. All Spacious room with Balcony 2. Friendly Security Guards and Cleaners 3. Well equipment Furnitures and roof top Swimming pool # Weak Point(Read carefully) 1. Untrust Employees of Building Management - They're 20%(240$) deducted from my Two months Deposit amount without Tenant's consent. Moreover they didn't explain in detail why have to pay for damaged parts at house. As my experience Usually 10% is reasonable and acceptable amount. 2. It's not easy to access to city center because this accomodation located in nearby Phnom Penh Airport. 3. Some Chinese tenants are smoking inside of Elevator and alley and room also. 4. Some tenant are blocked driveway inside of parking lot even under controlled security guards. 5. Almost rooms are empty because a lot of landlord couldn't hire it so sometimes my feeling unwell and afraid of ghost. 6. Sometimes blackout so it need to prepare it in advance by yourself.
