Will never stay there again sadly we were not able to select where we stayed, only one lift worked as the other one has been out for months and frustratingly the only working lift stopped working as well, even when lift was working the door wood open and close 3 times before it actually closed. Room carpets were old and not clean at all, lounge needs a good steam clean at the least, shower is full of mould and hot water was limited, no fly screens on windows so you rely on the dust filled air conditioner to cool the place down, staffing on the front desk is limited and not at all helpful. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

Worst Hotel I have been to. In my whole life. We booked a room for NYE - in advance, for a good price. And when we got there, they told us our reservation was cancelled, because of an invalid credit card… The card works totally fine. The hotel just wanted to get rid of us and the cheap booking… They were even telling us, they couldn’t do anything about it and that there are no other options… In the same time they were giving away free rooms to new guests - standing right next to us… So: If you don’t want to get fooled or ripped off… don’t come here - ever!!!

Pros. Extra large room with large ensuite. Comfy bed. Clean room. Fridge and microwave. Right in middle of Chinatown. Walking distance to everything else. Good value. Cons. One lift permanently out of order. The other lift broke down twice, and is apparently a common occurrence. Had to walk up numerous flights of stairs with luggage. Paper thin walls. People and children in next room thought kids screaming at 7am Saturday and Sunday morning was OK! Had to turn TV off then on again every hour or so in order to watch YouTube. So in summary. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Maybe a 2.5 star. I would stay here again only for the location and the value.

Such a horrible experience! We booked a room for NYE months in advance, for a good price. And when we got there on the 31st December, they told us our reservation was cancelled, because of an invalid credit card… The card works totally fine. The hotel just wanted to get rid of us and the cheap booking… They were even telling us, they couldn’t do anything about it and that there are no other rooms available … In the same time they were giving away free rooms to new guests - standing right next to us… Standing at the reception waiting for help we could hear how it also happend to another man:made an reservation but was canceled last minute because of "invalid credit card". So: If you don’t want to get fooled or ripped off… don’t come here - ever!!!
