Stay away. Mystery smells and mystery noises. My clothes smelled like the mould in the cupboard when I got back. Nice staff however. Theycwere happy for me to move rooms but all of the other rooms were even worse. Pay more for something liveable.

Place is a little old and rundown, but clean. Limited facilities although there is a little cafe downstairs that serves Thai food and the usual breakfast stuff like ham& cheese croissants, banana cake, etc. There is also a paid laundry. However the location is great as it is right opposite Hyde Park, cross the park to great shopping. Museum train station is like 3 minutes walk away. The hotel offers a great view of Sydney CBD as well. Reasonable rates for a Sydney hotel

Awful experience, I emailed the hotel for a refund or partial refund for the stay after a number of issues and received no response. It was grimey, stank of cigarettes, run down, it genuinely felt unsafe and I considered actually just driving home that evening instead of staying. Save yourself the pain and stay anywhere in Sydney, the hostels are nicer than this hotel

This is one of, if not the worst hotel I have been to in Sydney. It is barely a step above a hostel. The hotel is tired and in desperate need of a refresh. Our room smelled pretty bad the whole time, and looked like it hadn't been maintained in a while. In all fairness, the location is great, our room had a great view across Hyde Park and it is very close to a museum station. The rooftop is also fairly nice with a pool, spa and basic gym.
