It's incredibly noisy for a new build. We stayed in Flat 7 on a Tuesday and Wednesday night with children. The flats are lovely, well equipped, and comfortable - but ruined by banging doors, people shouting, etc. The pre pay damage deposit is disproportionate to the cost of the actual apartment. Parking is a significant distance away. Lovely flat ruined by poor sound insulation, people and surroundings.

Had to book these apartments at extremely short notice due to being badly let down by another provider late in the evening. The security, quality, cleanliness and ease of access to all areas including communal areas are excellent. Location may not be ideal for everyone but we were going to Temple Meads Station which was less than a relaxed 15 minutes walk away. If you were coming home late at night the area is very quiet and away from the main road. Facilities within the apartments are first class and the feel of quality and newness made you really appreciate your booking. If ever back it Bristol I would definitely uses them again.
