I've stayed in Your Apartment a number of times, in different locations around the country, mainly for work but also for leisure, and they are always a really high standard, with excellent decor, quiet rooms and comfortable space. The ones I've used have had great parking as well.

Do not stay here. We are booked for two nights, our first night was disturbed by a loud and consistent banging noise that happened literally every second (see video). We got no sleep so called at 9am to complain, and ask for a different room for second night. Finally got an emailed response at 1pm that said they couldn’t get a maintenance person out and there were no other rooms available. Terrible customer service - no offer of help or even indication of a refund.

I loved my stay here! I stayed in the single studio and the room was clean and cozy. Also, the location was perfect! It was within a reasonable walk to shops and restaurants.

So start with the positives, the room was cleanish, the location is great and the bed was extremely comfortable. The negatives; the parking situation is horrific, the building felt like a halfway house with random people loitering in the hallways, walking up and down in towels & noisy. The rooms fittings were in a poor state of maintenance (lights hanging off the walls, scuff marks everywhere) & the shower is so hard to turn (even for. 6ft 2 barn door like me)
