This Araya Hotel Is in the middle of Siem Reap town. Love the swimming pool and the staff has very good customer service and very pleasant. Most importantly, because I'm a germaphobic, i love that Everything is clean, clean, and clean.

Great place to stay. Spacious rooms, clean and very comfortable. Staff are so friendly and helpful and speak English well.

Good stay, good service, friendly staff spotless rooms. Something to improve is the level of english for some waiting staff. I think a trainee setting could work, with a senior staff member overseeing service. Food and beverage was reasonable, but price quality ratio was off. Hotel has the potential to become excellent if FnB and staff training are improved. I loved the attention to details in the physical space, which was well maintained.
