We were fortunate enough to spend 4 nights at the Memoire Palace in January 2024. Amazing is an understatement. It felt like a palace and I felt like royalty. Just a few metres from my room were steps down into an amazing pool which partially surrounded the hotel. Our balcony overlooked the pool, which was also an infinity pool. We could swim across the pool to visit our friends nearby. Unlimited choices of cuisines for breakfast. (6.30 am -10.30am) No request was too much trouble. Well equipped gym. And Sam, who was a receptionist acted like our personal assistant. The room itself, amazing and I will try to include a photo with this post.

My wife and I had the best time here, with a room and balcony on the poolside! All the staff were very friendly, with particular mention needing to go to Sam! Every morning he brought us fresh milk for our coffee ❤️ Decent gym, massive pool and the best included breakfast we had on our whole trip.

VERY NICE HOTEL!!! Had looked at dozens of hotels online but picked this one and glad we did. The interior of the room is colorful just like the pictures online. Just a few minutes to get to Pub Street using Grab app, their version of Uber. The hotel is very clean and everyone was so friendly and welcoming 🙏🏾 🙏🏾 🙏🏾 The breakfast buffet had a great selection to choose from and there is a chef that cooks fresh omelets. Highly recommend the noodle soup with beef if they have it when you're there 😁. The staff really took care of us during our stay. We didn't get a chance to go to the pool but it's very nice and modern.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Siem Reap. Memoire was replete with the packings of class, comfort and tranquility of a hideaway. An absolute heaven on earth. Was here for 3 nights on a training project and the clients had selected this location wisely. The meeting rooms and hall are suitable for groups of less than 50 pax and they boast excellent facilities. Most importantly, the general demeanour and attitude of the staff namely Mr Sokun and Mr Veasna were exemplary. Them and their team were accomodating and fast acting to the changes that we requested with good suggestions from them. The buffet breakfast was very nicely selected and presented with a good selection enough for variety over the 3 breakfasts that I had there. Taste was also very good especially the Cambodian thick fish soup with rice noodle and clear beef broth noodle dishes. The room was very well decorated with a very spacious balcony with a day bed that doubled as a nice place to enjoy a few drinks in the evenings. Although the bed was a little too soft for my liking. Generally, the hotel staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in Siem Reap.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from October 11th till 14th 2023. We had chosen this hotel because of the wonderful reviews and the location, as we planned to visit Siem Reap and of course the temples. I can say that we were nothing but amazed by the service, the hotel surroundings, room and food. From the moment we set foot into the hotel we immediately received a very warm welcome from John, Lin and some of the other amazing staff. Everyone at the hotel (well let’s say resort because hotel doesn’t do it justice;)) was exceptional and made us feel right at home. We would like to give our special thanks to Lin, as he went above and beyond for us, we honestly never felt so welcomed. Also I would like to highlight the resort it self because it is absolutely stunning! It feels like a paradise with beautiful nature and a huge (river-like) swimming pool. And then the room; spacious, colorful and a big balcony overlooking the swimming pool. What a delight! We honestly did not want to leave this piece of heaven.
