This was our first ever holiday to Turkey and it was amazing. So much so that we can't wait to go back again next year. The room we had was fabulous, so clean and maintained. We went all inclusive and the food was great, yes its very similar most days but the choice was enormous so you could choose something new, or an old favourite every day. By far our favourite feature of the hotel pools. The main pool was huge and the boys spent all day in it. Having never been to Turkey before we didn't expect the pool to be so warm. The slides were also great and the boys loved these to break up the day a little. We had such a great time here, we would definitely come back again.

Had a great stay, staff friendly and helpful, Ozan was very entertaining. Evening entertainment could be better.. Beach pavilions are lovely. The food was great, especially the beach bar during the day. Spa and hotel facilities are great. Jetty is lovely, especially later in the day for a nice breeze. The only feedback is that the room mini bar and coffee were not restocked daily and maybe more floor staff at Evening entertainment as it is not easy to get drinks to your table easier to just go to the bar.. Water sports on the beach next to the hotel are great fun, but 80 euros for your pictures and video is far too much for a USB stick in comparison to the usual 15/20 euros you will pay everywhere else.

We passed 1 week in Arcanus Resort and had a great experience. Everything was very organized and clean. The room is big, beds are comfortable, the food is good and the staff is always ready to help you. We did not face any trouble in this trip at Arcanus and we also have no complaints. It is a perfect environment for kids because there are a lot of attractions to them and it is also safe.

The hotel was nice and clean, food tasty. We loved the beach area. However the only minus is that there are too many cats walking around. I mean it is too much for the hotel, where hygiene is important. The cats sleep on the same couchs outside, where people sunbath. As the one having allergy and fobia, I had a very hard time in that hotel. I was drinking medicine each day, because of uncontrollable allergy. Loving animals is nice, you can keep them anywhere outside of hotel and feed them there. But when the customers visiting you suffer from it, you need to be able to balance the interests.
