Amazing hotel. We were here pretty off season and it wasn’t completely packed with guests the first days. We stayed for 2 weeks and everything the hotel had to offer was great. Almost none of the staff however speak English but enough to get what you want with some trial and error. The food offering on the buffet is huuuge! When there’s a lot of guest people are like vultures for the food. There are 6 a la carte restaurants in the hotel and all of them are included for a service fee if 6€ each. I’d recommend trying the Asian, Italian and Mexican. The Turkish one is similar to the buffet. Will definitely return.

Pluses: the hotel is in a great location, you can walk along the seashore to the city of Side, and visit various attractions. Good beach, access to the sea there is sand everywhere. You will not be hungry in the hotel, there is a wide selection of food and desserts. Between lunch and dinner, there is various food places where you can find sushi, burgers, traditional food, etc. Cons: not nice staff, bartenders, waiters are not interested in serving guests as best as possible. Bartenders make different cocktails every time and mix whathever. Lack of hygiene in the room cleaning and in common areas. And the most negative thing is that everything is focused on guests of Russian nationality. Tables are even reserved for them during dinner. When we arrived, we were happy with the performances and events taking place for only three days because on the other days there was karaoke, shows for Russians, in one evening even a circus performance was canceled due to an event for Russians. All in all, I do not recommend this hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel - its beach. Its fantastic - wide, flat, enough sun beds Rooms - we stayed at villas where they put us due to absence of rooms in the main building. It requires strong renovation, furniture is falling apart. You would prefer stay out of the room. Food. Deteriorated since 2019 significantly. All is too much fried with no taste left. Limited proposition of dishes, potatoes and rice everywhere, lack of vegetables and green staff. You may find dirty food serves. Huge queues and crowds of people. WiFi - just OK. In rooms fine, on the beach - almost zero. Personnel - friendly enough. Animation - you will not see it. Animation team does nothing but places tip box near the room. Territory is well cared, big and beautiful. Its not a 5 star hotel now.
