This was one of the best hotels we stayed at while in Greece. The desk staff was great, very kind and accommodating. The hotel was not busy, and while I was first surprised at the location when walking up to it because it's off the main coastal road, you quickly realize this is a good location. There is one of the most popular bakeries on the island next door (locals visiting here means you know it's good), a huge parking lot right in front, and everything you want to walk to is within a couple minutes. The room we got was the deluxe with balcony jacuzzi and everything about it was great. This hotel was a highlight of our stay in Milos. Oh yeah, the breakfast was amazing! Crepes and eggs and more

I was a bit worried before my stay, due to the bad reviews I’ve read. Regarding the hotel and the commodities, it is really comfortable and everything is brand new. It’s exactly like in the booking photos. Breakfast is not like in a boutique hotel, but it offers a good variety of items. The location is also pretty convenient. The only problem we had was with the receptionist - even though we had paid our reservation before arrival, she wanted to charge us again. We sent her the email with the confirmation and still she was not believing us, so she said she would call the agency. In the following days (and I assume the agency explained that we’ve already paid), she didn’t talk about it anymore, didn’t recognise she was wrong or didn’t apologise. In summary, it’s a nice space, but there are improvements to do in terms of client approach and management.

Lovely stay with great service. Walkable to town and many restaurants. Rooms were very large and accommodating. We rented an ATV from the place next door to explore the island, highly recommend!

I was honestly really nervous about staying at this place after reading some of the reviews left by people. But to my surprise the place was actually really nice. Spacious room, hotel on the outside is beautiful, accommodating front desk regarding cancelling (and fully refunding) one night due to a ferry cancellation which threw off our trip a bit. Bed was comfy, room was clean and spacious, aesthetic was very modern and chic. The bathroom was nice, shower pressure good and no issue with hot water. There was no smell, the location is close to restaurants (2 min walk), not sure what people want lol. And this isn’t a fake review, I stayed at four different places during my trip to Greece and this place is really nice. Breakfast was also good. It was a great experience overall. 10/10.

AVOID AT ALL COST I think most of the “good reviews” below are completely fake. This is a fakely advertised hotel. This was nothing like the pictures: dirty and small rooms. Receptionist unhelpful and not letting us contact the property management. You can hear everything from one room to the other. The hotel is directly on a noisy and dirty parking - where did the hotel show that in the pictures? NOWHERE The only recommendation we got from the hotel was the nearby rent a car (safari) and they tried to escroc us. The jacuzzi is dirty and no privacy at all. Everybody can see you This is so expensive and over priced for what you get. Honestly please DO NOT GO THERE. The hotel management never replied to any of our emails to get refunded or give us explanation. This is a big big fraud and such a shame cause milos is an amazing island and places like this shouldn’t exist there.
