This is a really nice hotel. The service is great and reception I received on arrival was excellent. This is my 4th stay. The rooms are nice but again I choose a room with tea and coffee but there was not a fridge in my room for my first 3 stays but this time I got a room with a fridge. The breakfast are good with a lot of bread/continental options. I only wish they would serve more egg/hot breakfast options. There are only boiled eggs available. There are no bacon or sausage options, just cold meats and cheese. However the options available are good and tasty and the coffee is good.

This is great value hotel, very well located. The rooms a nice & clean, provided with tea and coffee. The breakfast is nice, I loved that they had a soy yogurt option (quite rare imo). Inside the hotel, it's quiet, which I loved, but, if you have a room, on the 1st floor that faced directly on

The shower/bathroom area and the rest of the room was separated by a thin, see-through curtain. Meaning there is little to no privacy. Also when you lie in bed there is a mirror directly in front of you, so that you are staring at yourself all the time. Also the heating doesn’t work.

First time I’m ever commenting under a hotel, but it was a horrible experience. My heating was not working, asked them to fix it 3 times, they did not move a finger. Plus this is nowhere near a 4-star hotel with those rooms, cleaning-wise. Receptionist lady Selinda? Cynthia? was the most helpful one, but then they overcharged me for the 2nd night WITHOUT letting me know until I booked it. And again, did not fix the heating for that night. I literally had to wear a coat & turtle neck in a room where I pay 100 pounds to stay in?! I kept my cool as it was still a lady at the reception but honestly I stayed in 100 million hotels and never stayed at a worse one. I cannot believe I actually took the time to comment here but I felt like I needed to do it first time in my life.. just so you guys know. There are plenty of other options where they are so much more helpful.
