Old world experience. Tiny cobbled streets, walking distance to the old town attractions. I have never been greeted so well to a hotel in my life. Our Taxi was met by staff in the street who took charge of our luggage, we were sat down at a desk in two comfortable old world chairs and given coffee as we discussed the best ways for us to enjoy our visit. Great staff, great service, excellent value.

This is not a 4 star hotel as it lacks the facilities required for a 4 star hotel. Service staff is excellent, very polite and helpful. Rooms are small, not good for a family. Breakfast is average, almost same menu every day. Only eggs omelet is available as hot dish. Location is excellent.

Absolutely loved Arena Hotel! It has the perfect location in a very touristy area with lots of activities nearby. The staff are extremely kind and the rooms are a nice blend of comfort/home-feel and modern. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone!

Hotel had his best times years ago. Location close to blue mosque. Rooms in down areas with look on a wall. We had room booked with seaview. Was nice. Breakfast is nothing really special. No variety over the whole week. Even if it was Turkish breakfast,what is no problem,the taste was "regular and not even "tasty". Just ok. Four a 4 star hotel there should be more variety and better quality. Sauna is ok but small. You have to book times. So no spontaneous visit possible and if other guests are in. Charge is 15 €per couple and 15 €plus if you use the Haman without massage etc.

I stayed here for 3 nights and feel lucky that I booked this hotel. To be honest their room is a little tight, but it’s clean and the location is good, only 5 mins walk from the blue mosque. The reason I give 5 stars is for the staff as they really care about this hotel and guests. The day we checked out our pre-booked pick up service didn’t show up after waiting for 30 minutes. Sahin is the only staff who can speak English, after understanding our issue he immediately helped us to book a taxi so we could heading to the airport ASAP. Without his help we might miss the flight that day. We also met staff who work at breakfast, cleaning lady, and luggage guys. Although we don’t speak Turkish, they try hard to have small talk with us and make us feel welcome. We feel so thankful for their good service and hope we would have chance to come back in the future.
