Me and my family had confirmed paid booking for 2 nights. We had paid for the rooms 3 weeks agao before the date of check in. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the hotel was overbooked and no rooms available and had to leave and search for a nearby hotel with my baby and parents. I had to walk around to nearby hotels and check for rooms and had to pay the amount they asked as i had no other option. The reception staff at the yusuf pasa was rude and dint even offer to have a seat at the reception for my parents and baby.

To Mr.Semsetin We stayed on 9/29-10/1. When my daughter got sick, Thank you for your helping m(__)m Thermometer, medicine, check out time allowance, asking to the taxi to drive gently(He was kind driver ,please say thank you) ,etc. & your smile(^-^) She received an intravenous drip at the hospital and recovered. She was gastrointestinal discomfort. Other stuff & housekeepers were also kind. Regards please tell them(^-^) If l travel to Turkey again, l would like to stay at your hotel,of course. Lovely property with good rooms. This place gave the cultural vibe of Istanbul. Location was good too. Definitely recommend this place if anyone plans to visit istanbul.

It was my first journey to Turkey. My boyfriend and I felt like home at this place. Everyone was so friendly and polite, especially the waitress in the dining room lit up every day with her amazing smile :)! If you want to have a beautiful vacation you have to visit this hotel. The rooms provide a special atmosphere and the breakfast is varied. Besides, if you have questions where to find nice sights or insider tips you will always be well advised. We felt like king and queen while staying at your hotel! So thank you so much and tesekkürler! Hopefully coming back soon!
