This is by far my favorite hotel!! I stay in everytime I come to Rio! It was my 3rd time here. The workers are some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet ( especially the receptionists, even remembering me from my last trip ). The views are so pretty, as well a beautiful rooftop bar. Makes every time I come to rio even more enjoyable. Would recommend it to anyone that wants to feel safe and peaceful on a trip to Rio de Janeiro. They also have a beautiful breakfast layout and soft beds ( also the best shower I’ve ever had ). Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The hotel is at one end of Lemme beach so to get anywhere is a long walk. We had a room with a sea view on the 9th floor, excellent double glazing. The bathroom was quite small and the sheets didn't fit the bed properly. We tried getting a Capirinha and it was terrible, they forgot the sugar. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was terrible

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It is across the street from the beginning of the strip at Cocacabana. It is a quite area that has many restaurants, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets that are walking distance. Upon arrival, Gabriel helped me and he was very professional. He even allowed me to get an early check in. All of the front desk staff speak clear English. The rooms are clean but they are small and the food at the restaurant is mediocre. My only complaint is about the rooftop. The view from up there is very enjoyable but they enforce many rules that I feel are unnecessary I brought a bag of cookies to sit and enjoy them at the table and they kicked me out. They said I cannot bring in outside food. The next day I ordered a drink from the hotel bar and the bar tender refused to bring me the drink. He told me I cannot have the drink in the pool. Because of this experience I will stay at a different hotel next time I go to Rio. The only reason I dont leave 2 star review is because of how courteous and friendly Gabriel and all the other staff were. NOTE: Uber is cheaper and safer than the regular taxis. I was scammed many times with metered taxis. Pool is very small. It looks big in the photos but it is tiny.

The hotel looks great, the room was nice and the placement is awesome as it is right accross the Copacabana Beach, but I left my wallet in the seif from the room the entite trip there and someone stole my Revolut Card from within the seif and replaced it with another Revolut Card (stolen from someone else) and started making online payments from it and I only noticed when I was leaving. The fact that they replaced my card with anotherone and because when I checked my wallet all I dis was open and see the color of the card and dis not bither to take it out and check the name on it, made me realize the probelm too late and I had already left the hotel. The guide in charge of our group called the hotel and they said that there ia no way that this could have happened as no one has access to the master key for the seifs except someone from management. If you choose this hotel for your stay there I highly reccomend that you do not leave any valuables in the room especially in the seif!!!!
