Nice and cosy stay very close to the US consulate. Very friendly staff and they took care of my luggage after checkout, As I could not take anything but the documents to the visa interview.

Absolute chaos. Tv not working, AC not working, paper thin walls to the point of even hearing people whisper outside the room, violet uv light on the ceiling of the room that does not turn off (I‘m light sensitive so could not sleep), pillows made of an odd material not holding the head, bedsheets are not long enough so that only 3/4 of the mattress is covered, cables sticking out of the wall, bad smell coming from shower drain, water and toilet flushing noise from other rooms and to top it up definitely not the cleanest room… Reception only works until 11pm therefore no possibility to ask for a room change as I arrived past that time.

Very poor service. I had booked an apartment 1 week before our arrival by phone. Our QR code was not sent via email. It took us more than 6 hours to get to the hotel. When we arrived, it turned out that we were not on the list of the guests and the hotel was fully booked. Literally, we were left outside, and only what they could do for us is to give is the address of another hotel where no rooms were available as well. We had to book an apartment in another hotel on the other side of Frankfurt. In case a person should find a hotel, Arena is not the one to rely on.
