Lack of hot water. I have waited more than 30 minutes for hot water to come to the 3rd floor. In the end it didn’t come hot but just warm. The window was broken and nobody fixed it when I pointed to that issue. They didn’t say sorry at my check-out at least. Behavior of the manager is awful. Don’t recomand to stay here for sure.

We stopped just for coffee and after 20 mnts and 5 times that waitress passed next to us(1meter max distance) ,only a blind couldnt see 2 persons sitting at the next table of the one she served and i had to shout so loud " excusme " !!! to be noticed. So coffee was so and so but service the worst... Not to mention when i ordered a bottle of water she went to buy from another shop and she returned with 4 bottles and left one in our table...

Nice and comfy hotel in the heart of Chisinau, offering high quality accomodation and a great range of food in their restaurant. The room had everything I needed for my stay except for towels which were provided straight ahead when asked for. Front desk receptionist was lovely and welcoming and the bar guy was distinctively gentle and considerate of my food request. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as it was cold ( the sausages and omelette), apart from that it was beautifully laid on display and easy to fetch. All together was a wonderful stay and I definitely recommend their food and wines!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
