We chose this hotel for business travel. Rooms were a little small. It was rainy and the hotel gave us umbrellas, they didn't refuse us when we asked for coffee in the evening. They helped us with taxi. No matter what time it is at night, there is someone to take care of you. Everyone working at the reception was friendly. In terms of location, 10 minutes walking distance to the center, on a reliable street. Thank you to Ms. Andrea and everyone.

Hello, I stayed at this hotel and it was a terrible choice! I put one star because I can't put less, I don't know if it's a racial treatment of certain people who attend the reception, but terrible service, if we didn't say the night before that we wanted breakfast, they didn't give it to us, at night we asked to heat food that we bought, and the girl just popped the paper bag in the microwave for 1 minute, needless to say the food was completely cold! The last day we stayed in the hotel, we asked the staff to wash our clothes for us, and they certainly did it well, however the girl at the reception in the evening hours told me that I had to pay 200 leu (10USD) to which I did not refuse, I told her that I wanted to pay by card because I did not have the local currency, since it was the last day that I would stay in that country, and I only had dollars and the girl totally refused, she told me that if I go to pay in dollars I have to give him 20USD (400leu) they charged me practically double for a service that supposedly should be included in the price at the hotel, but ok. I told him that the price was very high and that he was not going to pay it, and he told me to go exchange money at the bank or the exchange houses, however it was 9 at night and everything was closed, he practically did not care and I just wanted the money anyway, lousy choice of hotel, look for better ones!!!
