Excellent hotel in a fantastic location- just a minute away from the Grand Place. Staff were so friendly and let me check in early. The room was clean and spacious for a single room. Highly recommend!

This is a very nice hotel. Our room had 2 levels with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Awesome decor. The staff were pleasant. There is a cool cafe on the first floor. Also, the location is perfect.

Good hotel right in the hear of Brussels. You walk out the door and are emerged in culture. Not far from the train station either. Only downside to this place is the rooms are quite small and it is on the back of a coffee shop. Also, it is quite loud in the main square in all hours of the night so if you are a light sleeper, you should choose elsewhere. We had no issues sleeping through the noise and chose access to the main Brussels core on foot over a more peaceful and relaxing environment.

Very convenient location near the train station and the tourist area. There is a cafe on the ground floor where you can hang out. The room we had has a very good view and nice windows. The bathroom could be cleaner since it reeked of urine when we first got in the room. On our last day the shower ran out of hot water so we had to shower in the morning. Overall a good experience. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating

I had reservation with them for 2 nights at the end of November and despite the fact that I get biggest room (according to the receptionist, but I was anyway only person in it) it is unthinkable that my room didn't have heating for both of those 2 nights with outside temperature around 0'C! Morning after the first night, I called reception, a guy came to my room, check the thermostat/heating and said that during the day somebody will come to fix it. I said go ahead, I won't be in the room for whole day. When I came in the room that evening, not only that heating was not fixed but actually nobody came to room at all! I don't think that's the way you treat your guests especially how much room was paid!
