Very well located, close to the European Commission and several other EU entities. Not luxurious but very decent rooms, and services. You can have a proper breakfast, or a coffee at the reception, rent your umbrella for the rainy Brussels and the top is the bar that still open till mid night with good whiskey selection and nice G&T ‘s

Nicely appointed modern rooms with all the amenities you’d need… but a little off the beaten path. It’s a 20/25 minute walk into town from here. The in house restaurant is great but pricey. Staff at the hotel was amazing… attentive and courteous. Not too many restaurant choices in the immediate vicinity. There’s a small express grocery store about a 5 minute walk away. All in all, a great hotel with great staff!

Very modern, comfortable. Quiet room, comfortable bed and clean. Good location for transportation. Breakfast price is outrageous, as well as the "coffee" machine in the lobby. It serves a tiny amount, and you feel robbed for the despicable amount it dispenses. Coffee should be free for guests. The elevators are very fast. Internet connection is very fast. Well equipped room. The bathroom needs ventilation. Overall a good stay.

Not the best, not the worst. Things that could improve: new toilet paper rolls instead of used ones with a seal, fully restocked tissue boxes, shower doors should be inspected regularly. Mine made a very loud cracking noise every time I opened it. It felt like the glass was breaking. I’m sure housekeeping would have noticed it. Pillows were very small. It felt like cushions. Blanket was very heavy and AC just wouldn’t cool the place, which was very uncomfortable. On the flip side, the staff was awesome ! Gave me very good suggestions for places to see.

The staff here is so welcoming and kind. I love the decor. The temperature control is not very good. Products smell lovely. The pillows are not comfortable.
