Wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Room may seem dated but very clean and functional. There is a mild unpleasant scent that seem to be coming from the drainage hole in the shower but other that it's very clean. Kudos to the staff, especially Pamela who went above and beyond in ensuring that we have a comfortable stay. Location is pretty good, street food easily available within walking distance, and there is also a pharmacy at the adjacent street which is located in a petrol station. We will definitely return to stay here again in future!

I had an amazing experience at Aristo Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The service was exceptional, and Pamela, the receptionist, was a super host. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The attention to detail was evident, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions and great restaurants in the city. What truly stood out was the excellent service. We stayed four nights on our honeymoon. The hotel was fantastic. Nick was a welcoming bellman. Pamela was the best concierge in all of Saigon. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, especially for English speakers. Stay here if you get the chance. Aristo Hotel is close to everything in downtown District 1. Lots of taxis available. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Shower pressure is good. There is also a complimentary jacuzzi and sauna on site. They also offer a discount for massage, which my wife said was well worth it. Highly recommended and we will certainly return next time we come to Saigon.
