Staffs were very polite and proficient in English. Room was small but surprisingly comfy, clean and very well equiped. Bed was not very nice, but can't really complaint with the price offered

The people are fine, nice and courteous. The location is a 15 minute walk from Dotonbori, which is fantastic, but a 20 minute walk from the train station as well so if you're bringing luggage, be prepared. The room is the largest room I've had in Japan so far, so much space it's crazy. I feel spoiled for space. However, this is the WORST BED IN JAPAN. I'm 99% sure there isn't a mattress at all, just a box spring that we're sleeping on. I'm not picky about these things, I'm not kidding. There is no mattress. It is horrible, even with how good everything else is, that bed outweighs it all. I'd leave now if I knew if I could get my money back. Please don't book here unless you like to sleep on the floor. With all the walking one does visiting Japan, you want an actual bed to sleep on. Lastly, there is no aircon in the room, so avoid this place in the summer.
