The manager and all the staff were very helpful and kind. Very clean and safe hotel with security out front. The little restaurant next door was awesome and also had very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Well this was a quick booking so i didnt know this was Chinese biz not that i have a problem with them bur that none of the signs leaflets etc are in English. Thats my only issue. On the other hand the room is incredibly clean ac perfectly running extra towels bedding and full set cleaning materal all good. The swimming pool yet to be discovered

The hotel manager here, Braseth , is very kind and goes out of his way to ensure each guest has the maximum satisfaction. This is a great little Hotel. I made a mistake this morning because I did not know how to operate the doorhandle to exit my room. Consequently I thought I was trapped and I became upset because I had so many things I wanted to get done this morning and I could not do them. All this was resolved when they came up after finding my message and open my door and showed me how easy it could be done. I wish they had showed me last night. But the manager has assured me that they will be teaching the Receptionist staff to be sure to show the customers how to open their door from inside for all future customers.
