As I spent 2 weeks here I moved on through 3 studios as they became available. The building is new and the apartments are nicely furnished. Some bedside lamps would really be nice. The top "penthouse" studio is the nicest as it has its own terrace 2 baths and it's huge. Also its entry door is right near the elevated pool. The sound insulation of the windows is not that great and the ground floor units are too dark if you want to spend some time inside during the day. The location is not fully central, but it is a compromise between the noisy touristy area and the local neighborhood. Still in walkable distance from the hot areas and the beach.

PRO: Apartments are nice and spacious with all the utilities. We first got no. 3 from ground floor, but it was super dark inside for us, as we were working from home and also did not had a table but a bar. Staff was friendly enough and as soon as one of the apartments from firs flor was available we switched there and it was way better for us. And for the last week we switch again to the penthouse, that even more spacious and that also has a terrace. Although it is not very close to the center there are plenty of restaurants on walking distance from the location and 2 supermarkets just around the corner. On the rooftop there is a laundry where you can wash and dry your cloths for a super small fee. Location is secure, gate is locked at all time and I really liked that there is no key but a code for unlocking your apartment, anyhow the neighborhood looked safe. CONS: Location is a bit far from the beach and from the 5th street. A bit noisy the neighborhood, but you can feel the Mexican vibe. Internet connection very unstable for working from home, mostly after 10AM. Although each apartment has it's own connection this rarely works, the common area network is better. Price does not include cleaning during your stay.

Roaches, Bedbugs and a very rude attitude of the manager. We already submitted our complaint to the PROFECO with a video showing how nasty is the space under the bed. They demand to be paid cash to avoid paying taxes and if you complain they say that you got the bedbugs with you 😕

It is a pity that it is not possible to give 0 stars. Don't book this hotel, it's a scam!!! I booked in booking.com for 700$/night a received a message one day before coming that the price is 1500$. The hotel was claiming that it was a mistake in booking.com and that this is a standard price but the same room is being offered in booking.com for 500 two days later. It is possible to cancel the reservation but the other good hotels are gone one day before arrival and you have not much options. AVOID booking!!!
