Everything about this place is great. Room is nice and I love the pool with the great surrounding scenery. The host lady has helped us a lot and made us feel like home. 100% recommended!!!

One of my favorite stays in Vietnam, the property is absolutely beautiful, very very clean rooms that are very modern and peaceful. The staff/ owner are extremely kind I cant say that enough they are so friendly and made me feel very comfortable, even with the language barrier laughs and smiles were shared daily. They rented a motorbike for a very good price which i used for three days to get to all the close by attractions. Will definitely come back and recommend anyone to stat here. The photos and videos dont even do the property and feeling justice, just have to see for yourself.

The host is really nice and helpful. Location maybe inner from main road so bus is unable to enter .. need to carry the luggage and walk in. They have free bike to borrow or u may rent a motorbike from her so just tell the host if u need it. Nice breakfast and the check out time is flexible. Really 👍 thumbs-up to the host. By the way,the host will use Google translate to communicate so no worry on the language.

We booked this place after reading the reviews online. The owners are helpful folks who try their best to help your queries. You will need to use a translation app if you don't speak the local language. The breakfast spread is limited and home cooked. Rooms are fairly equipped for a home stay. The location is a little far from the main attractions of Hang Mua and Tam Coc. They allow you to borrow bicycles. There are many other properties situated closer to the tourist attractions. The street around this place falls silent post sunset. Also, please make other Ninh Binh bookings yourself. We were charged 220k VD for a seat to Hanoi whereas other homestays had booked seats for their guests at around 155k VD. Also, please carry sufficient cash. They don't take cards and getting a working ATM in Ninh Binh is a nightmare. Can recommend this stay if you're in Ninh Binh for a long duration but if you're coming primarily for tourist attractions, would recommend to stay at places closer to them.
