A neat, clean and spacious room with a beautiful view. It is in a quiet area and bit far from everything. You need a taxi or rent a scooter if you need to go somewhere (which is not expensive). Excellent service - very friendly and very helpful, speaks ok English. We forgot some of our stuff in the room when we left, so they sent someone to drop it off at our next stay. The shower's warm water felt like it only lasted for a few seconds. Ventilation not the best in the room. It is only the door or a small window in the bathroom which you could open. Overall good value for money.

The room was very lovely and best shower and view while in Vietnam :) also very peaceful and the receptionist very friendly and spoke good English. Unfortunately communication was difficult when the receptionist wasn’t available and the motorbike I rented had no mirrors which I found not very good safety so please check bike before you rent. You will need bike or taxi as it is 15 mins from sites. Breakfast included is small egg sandwich or maybe fruit if you ask.

My friend and I booked this hotel for the last day before returning to USA. I’d certainly NOT recommend this hotel to anyone bcozz its service was so damn poor. I met a guy who might been the manager or owner and he didn’t help to give me quick respond due to his English and seem like I was even ignored. Super uncomfortable feeling. This marred an otherwise wonderful stay. Pls improve!!
