We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during our visit to Malaysia 🇲🇾. Rooms are very clean, and bathrooms are beyond expectation. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr.Aziq @ Front desk. The location is very good with lots of eateries nearby.

I booked a single room for 17 nights. It was very clean, sufficient space, a very comfortable bed and big bathroom. The room was fully air conditioned. My only complaint is that the common walls were not sound proof cos I could hear the music from next door. The receptionist was extremely helpful, very polite and very professional and could communicate very well in English. This hotel is a short walking distance to the shopping centre at Sunway and close to the metro station and also restaurants and cafes. Laundromat is 2 doors away.

My booking says city's view, but they gave me a room with no window. I asked them to change and the woman at the counter had a really bad attitude acting like I'm not a customer and making issue for no reason. I showed the booking to the receptionist saying room with city view and she blatantly said it's not. So basically they lied on the booking site and provided fake pictures of the room. Do not book a room in this hotel they will treat u less than dirt. Go somewhere else with your money. Edit:Only after giving them a bad review were they willing to accommodate to give me the room I paid for and the receptionist was more than willing to learn what hospitality is after her bad attitude was exposed. I still wouldn't come back here. They clearly need to teach their staff a refresher course on decent hospitality practices.
