1) Dirty, unhygienic rooms with strong smell of cigarettes. When we informed receptionist, he was kind enough to give us 3 keys to choose the best room to stay in, but all were equally terrible. Even if budget hotel, I do believe cleanliness should be maintained. It’s as if they do not engage any cleaning services. 2) Bed linen and pillows - heavily stained, hair all over, some torn with visible view of the dirty pillow underneath. Don’t get me started on the bed and mattress itself. 3) Cockroaches as seen on photo no 1. This has apparently been an issue for years based on Google reviews yet management does nothing. So unhealthy. 4) Bathroom - one of the room’s bathroom lights were not working. Some were still clearly wet (not even mopped) and had dirty foot prints around with hair all over. All in all, we were deceived by photos on Agoda. Reviews on Agoda somehow do not have the negative ones posted. Due to unacceptable conditions, we had to checkout and checked into the nearby opposite hotel which was HEAPS better and prices were not even that far off. Go figure.

The room is old and not so clean. When step in toilet, cockroach appeared and the drain was covered with hairs and hence, bath water needs time to flow down. The bed has stain on it and some of the objects provided in the room is not clean. If you’re coming for a really budget stay, it may suits your need but no if you are coming for a normal stay. It’s under expectation.

Entered the lobby, no air cond. Their hotel is split into 2 shoplots. We had to stay in lagoon 2. The lift was not working and we had to carry our luggage 2 floors up. The staircase and corridors had a very strong cigarette smell. Could even smell it in our room. Despite changing rooms, the cigarette smell was still super strong. The first room we entered, the bed sheets had some unpleasant stains on it. The room also had a weird smell.
