A complete fiasco. Horrible useless management. They rent the beach for events and it’s impossible to find sun beds… For $$$$ worth rooms, never seen a hotel that bad. I recommend looking for other options

Came all the way from the US to stay here and payed $$$ for a place marketing luxury, but ended up in mediocracy. Complete bad management.

Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights a few weeks ago. Thought it would be a 5 star experience, paid a lot of money per night and only realised when we were there that it was their end of season and they were closing the hotel on the last day of our stay. The breakfast was really poor. The service and management standards are really poor - don't complain and expect a resolution. We had 2 nights where the noise disturbance was unbearable - one night due to a wedding party on the adjoining property which is a beach club! Absolutely shambolic communication and resolution to us calling more than 4 times to get a solution. We had to bear this issue until 3 am. I took videos and even measured the sound levels on the app...because it was simply not acceptable. Imagine trying to sleep at a hotel, let alone a 5 star rated property and you have blazing Turkish folk music well past midnight that you can hear as if the party was inside your room! Thats what we dealt with...our complaints were met with "we cant do anything", "sorry its not our fault", "you call the police" - we can't help what our neighbours are doing. Despite complaints to the managers the next day and on checkout they thought its OK to make sure we paid for the night of horror! They can't be trusted to do the right thing, and make sure guests are comfortable and well looked after! I have stayed at many hotels and this by far the worst I have expereinced in sound and noise disturbance.

I stayed at this hotel with some friends in September 2019. The hotel is quite new and the facilities are in good condition. However, most of the beach in front of the hotel is occupied by some old properties that are old and in bad condition. For that reason, the hotel's beach is quite small. Also, the level of service is just not up to par although the staff is well-intentioned. The breakfast, for instance, is just very bad. This is an OK hotel, but for a 5-star hotel at that price point, I would expect much better.
