Very quiet hotel but there is no housekeeping all the day and some rooms haven't wifi. Some breakfast are chargeable. 😳

Overpriced for lackluster service, did not feel worthy of 1,000euro. We were in king suite, and there wasn’t even toilet paper. The fridge was not cold, no iron, no wifi.

Average experience. As a person who stayed in many different hotels and AirBnBs here is honest review, little bit detailed: We stayed there late March. Hotel was empty. It seems like we were only guests. Room I reserved was nice then they offered so called deluxe room for about 2K TRY more which seemed initially nice deal; or so they said stating bfast was included. Later we found out few things: there was no WiFi in room - they stated it is in reception area only. When asked why no WiFi in rooms, young gentleman, who seemed to be someone to the actual owner but had little idea about things, stated it was being repaired due ot overload from last season. Another inconvenience was that their credit card terminal was not working or so they stated. So I had to go to ATM in Yalikavak and get cash - it costs to withdraw money from foreign ATM plus currency conversion fees. So called included breakfast apparently was not in the premises. It was somewhere not too far. Breakfast place was cozy traditional but served only traditional turkish bfast. Nice staff they had. When asked the young gentleman who as mentioned seemed to be a manager why not in premises he stated that his chef was on vacation or in some other location. When asked if they can include minibar to cover for absence of WiFi in rooms, he adamantly stated it was extra. Hotel had nice interior and seems like they just opened for business this season. Minimalistic bathroom had its own drawbacks, drainage was not good which caused overflow to rest of it. Plus there was strange smell. I almost tripped and fell due to wet tail floor. Young lady who worked in reception at night was only pleasant person who had slight bit of customer experience. Rest were clocking their hours there. On their phones. Their pool area and bar was not functioning. In conclusion, it is overpriced for the service they provide. Great location and view. Weather was very nice. OK staff. I would not stay there again.
