What a terrible experience. No customer service at all. Other companies would at least contact you and call. This company doesn't at all and they never take into consideration other people's disabilities like old people with walking problems. They rush through every experience and yet still they charge high. And apparently they pay the tour guides really low rates. How despicable. I regret ever buying tours from them. Complete lack of disregard of customer service. They should contact their customers like other companies. This is terrible. The only good thing is the tour guides if they are willing to contact the customers, otherwise they apparently never contact the customers ever either.

There is no way to communicate with them so, if something happens you’re out of luck. Also, they can cancel some aspects of your tour.

Great bus waiting area compared to other places in Osaka. The staffs are friendly and speak a little bit of English. Equipped with water system for passengers who are waiting bus. The common waiting room is a bit small. Staircase is also a bit narrow to me. There are several floors of it including common waiting room, bathroom, ladies make up room, TV roomand etc. General I think it's way better than other bus waiting places in Osaka.
