the hotel is very good. The room is spacious and comfortable. Typical Turkish breakfast and very good, we were very well looked after during the meal. The reception staff during the day are not friendly at all, they are not willing to help customers. However, the night shift employee is the opposite: Mustafa is super kind and always helps everyone!! the hotel is very close the the sunset point view, it helps a lot.

An unforgettable experience. Situated in Göreme, in Cappadocia Mountains, this beautiful cave hotel is in the prime location. The rooms are neat and cosy. The location is excellent. The breakfast is out of this world. The restaurant has breathtaking views all whilst you eat. MIHRIBAN and EMINE make having breakfast a very pleasurable experience with excellent service and tantalizing food. It is one of the best breakfasts I had in Turkey. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very accomodative hotel. Not far off from the main city-like area with a perfect view. You don’t have to keep paying entrance fee for a beautiful view like any other hotels as its on the viewpoint area. Service were great with friendly. Porter, receptionist, housekeepers were all friendly & prompt in replies. One of their employees named Mihriban was exceptionally cheerful & she makes us feel at ease when we’re conversing, a very comfortable stay indeed. Breakfast ain’t that bad not much choices but the cook did a great job:)

This hotel, one of the best experiences my wife and I have had. Everything was amazing along with all of the staff. They made sure that my wife and I were well taken care of and helped us out with any possible questions or requests we had. The receptionist Samet was exceptionally friendly and helpful since we had long days of hiking and tours so we were often leaving early or coming back late. The bar and breakfast wait staff prepared high quality food and drinks while providing exceptional and extremely friendly service. We kept forgetting to take down the do not disturb sign but whenever we required towels or other supplies for the room the receptionist and/or cleaning staff were extremely quick to bring us up what we needed. Finally the location of the hotel as well as the view from room 121 were amazing, you get amazing sunset and sunrise views along gorgeous pictures of the hot air balloons. Oh, and you’re only a 2 minute walk from an amazing viewpoint of the Goreme valley.
