Amazing location. Direct access from the building to the Otemachi metro station which connects many lines. And 10 minutes walk from Tokyo station. the room was very spacious and clean. The staff were also very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Second week long stay at this place. Great location and service. Especially good for family in their suites. Very compelling pricing too compared to hotels in Tokyo.

Second time staying here. We stayed in a one bedroom Executive suite which was big enough for my family. I like this ascott branch. Their cleaning is top notch and the location is pretty good. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. The price is high and the food quality is terrible. I'm glad I didn't prepay for breakfast the entire 8 nights otherwise i would have been extremely disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I booked a room for a fancy long weekend, and I'm definitely happy, as is my partner. Must be nicest place I've ever stayed at. The reception staff was really nice, explained things clearly, and I had no problems with booking. The room was stunning. I asked for a nice city view, and they definitely delivered. Clean, with all the amenities that I was hoping for. A nice kitchen corner, and the bathroom/toilet is so beautiful. The room was much roomier than average - even fancy - hotels in Japan. I used to work around Tokyo/Otemachi station area. The location has good access to all over Tokyo, but personally I'm not the biggest fan of an asphalt covered skyscraper area atmosphere-wise. That being said, the area around the hotel has a really good selection of restaurants, which is a nice plus. Lastly, I read a couple of the negative reviews, and I didn't experience anything negative during my stay. This is a 5-star place for a good reason.
